The E-LINE CCR compact busbar distributor is specifically designed for applications where reliability, protection and saving space are paramount.
Thanks to a fast and straightforward casting process, connection points can be realised with protection class IP68, making them ideal for outdoor installations or those in extreme conditions.
With a compact installation height of just 80 mm, the CCR enables space-saving mounting without compromising on performance or safety. Its modern, slim design also allows it to be integrated into various environments, from industrial plants to tunnels or port infrastructure.

A special, fast casting process ensures that the system’s connection points achieve IP68 protection class. Consequently, the E-LINE CCR is reliably protected against dust and water, even in extreme conditions, making it ideal for permanent outdoor installations.
With an overall height of just 80 mm, the compact busbar distributor is ideal for use in confined spaces. Despite its compact size, it retains full performance of up to 6,300 A.
The robust design and high‑quality material selection guarantee excellent resistance to mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses. The system is particularly suitable for demanding industrial and infrastructure applications.
The E-LINE CCR can be used either directly from the transformer to the switchgear cabinet, or between two switchgear cabinets. This makes it easy and efficient to realise various plant concepts, even at high currents.
The CCR can be flexibly connected to the E-LINE KXA system through the use of suitable transition modules. This enables additional outgoing points to be integrated or existing installations to be easily extended.
The E-LINE CCR meets the requirements of international standards IEC 60068-3-3, IEC 60068-2-57 and IEEE 693, making it suitable for installation in seismically active regions. Thanks to its robustness, the system offers high performance even under strong vibration or shock loads.
Certification in accordance with EN 60079-0, EN 60079-18 and EN 60079-31 confirms that the E-LINE CCR is suitable for use in areas at risk of explosions. This ensures maximum safety in environments where flammable gases or dust are present.
